Random Visitors
It is always fun to look and see how people get to this little site. We have had visitors from all over as of late - someone from Geneva with a World Council of Churches IP, folks from Australia, many visitors from England (though not, I understand, Wales), and from all over the US. How do they find this little corner of the internet? Some recent search terms that led here:
- Carolingian Creed
- Nikolaj Grundvig (this one brings people in fairly regularly)
- Funeral Sermon Outline (and many variations - apparently lots of folks are looking for help with their Funeral sermons)
- Evangelical Lutheran Worship
- david hansen (some folks apparently looking for me)
- Blogging Lutherans
- ELW Baptism liturgy
- Holy Week trivia (looking for sermon illustrations, maybe?)
- Pastor's kid blog

Your search terms are tame compared to mine ;) The funniest ones are those which seem to have absolutely no relation to anything you've ever posted.
I am always amazed at the search terms that lead to my blog. Some are down right funny.
Yes, people don't put their searches in quotation marks, that leads to wild and numerous results.
My blog gets hits for the L-C-M-S hymnal, which I never wrote about, but someone commented on. {I put the dashes so you won't start getting hits for that reason.) I also get lots of hits for pastor appreciation.
My other blog gets a couple of hits/day for Nigerian clothing, which I never wrote about either, but I did post a link to some pictures.
@ Art - perhaps that is because of all of your questionable content ;)
@ PS - yes, the pastor apprecitation thing brings in a fair number of folks (usually in the summer and fall). Comments do seem to play a factor as well (at least on blogger if you don't use pop-up comments).
Hey... :)
I should do that sometime. they ARE interesting.
